Austin Matthews

Austin Matthews is a second-year PhD student in the School Psychology program at Indiana University Bloomington. Originally from Santa Claus, Indiana, Austin received his B.S. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana in May of 2022. Upon entering graduate school, he joined Dr. Ormiston’s research team as a graduate assistant and an interventionist for the TIMS grant project. His research interests are in the areas of school-based mental health practices and social justice applications.
